why would Lunt sell his training gear? Clearly because he is leaving!

Or maybe he's selling it because he will be issued with some new gear for next season.

He's too good for Hull KR if you ask me. I think he'll stay this season then go to the NRL or Leeds next year.

Only last week he was putting match photos of himself on Instagram. Read what you will into that.

It would be a shame to see him go but in reality would we miss him as much as we once did?

a lot of the lads sell there stuff, last year leroy signed me a lot of his gear to put into a charity auction. There aloud to do as they please with it come end of the season.

As for lunt, cracking player when he wants to be however last season looked uninterested and unfit. If he went then whoever steps in to be our number 9. moving to hull kr could only be a financial gain too him/family not a playing move?? whats happened to his nrl dream, or at least returning to the whinos

Why are people talking like it's happened and not some tosh rumour

Lunt missed a lot of the season through injury and we suffered for it - anyone suggesting he isn't a world class hooker is just daft

Maybe he wants a better chance of playing for England cos Lord knows he hasn't much hope as a giants player

The Wigan paper's headline today is that we're close to signing Larne Patrick. The article though suggests it's far from a done deal which is a contradiction.

If it comes off I'd imagine it will be in some sort of swap deal with Scott Taylor (2 loan deals possibly).

hull kr have signed a hooker, but not shaun lunt today, maybe next week.

patrick to wigan, heard that one before too! to be honest if we got taylor in return id be happy with that.

not really that then, travis burns had a year left with kr and went, also it is protocol to say i am not leaving.. at this time of year when season passes are on sale and a great player like lunt says i am leaving wouldn't help the cause would it
