Hello, planning on making a video and slides with text on, also music playing over the back. Any computer guys know best way going about it? Was thinking something as basic as powerpoint? With all the new fancy apps about, there maybe something better. Also will need to able burn to a disc. Thanks guys.

power point and windows movie maker are the simplest options

Try photostory 3 it's a free download..makes a slide show with music, can be imported straight in to power point or saved as a windows media file...
