I think that sums it up more accurately.

If I was a Stains fan (thank the Lord I'm not ) I'd be pretty peed off that Dave Whelan is essentially telling me when I can play.

That's just you. Whereas actual Saints fans just find it embarrassing for Wigan and the RFL. As I said earlier, it makes no difference to us when we play, therefore there is no reason for us to be "peed off."

Now South are the Champions of the NRL I'm sure Shaun Wane will want to win this one more than ever. I do hope we don't go OTT with powerhouse rugby and end up being penalised to death.
If Waney & Co get it right Saturday could be a good night for Wigan.

As the dates and venues for the other 2 games have now been confirmed, any idea where you will be playing your game yet?

With each club having to put up £175k to stage the game neither Saints or Warrington will move their fixtures (Friday being a good corporate sell for Warrington and Sunday being the climax to the weekend's fixtures for Saints as the real WCC).

Wigan will have to rely upon the goodwill of the football club to have the Dave Whelan available for the Saturday match otherwise Widnes and Leigh are under consideration as alternatives.
