Haven't decided if I should renew my ST this year, if I don't it'd be the first time in a least a decade.

Last season I missed 1 home game due to a holiday which means I only benefited from 1 free game - hardly the incentive needed to make the initial outlay. Also I was offered corporate tickets to about 70% of home games last season so I might just wing it next year.

The likes of Casty,Vea and Taylor- i.e any decent props - are certainly ones i agree we should have been looking at whilst also moving on 1 or 2 fringe players who are not going to be able to step up once JP and Kylie are gone.Sadly, don't look like happening till next year at the earliest.

Not sure about burns but Dobson would have been a big upgrade

Had a season ticket from 80s ( some of which was a 10 pound a season junior ticket!) all the way through to 2003 when I started my new job which involved lates and nights making no sense to have one. Got 2 1/2 yr olds now and I will probably get another then. More about family time than the product on offer.
That said the benifit and saving from a season ticket isn't the benifit it once was.

I don't see much in Travis Burns to get excited about. I'll be interested to see how he goes next year. Apart from his age I wouldn't swap him for McGuire or Sinfield.

We particularly (IMO) need players to link with our three-quarters and bring them into play, not more often, necessarily, but with better quality posession. Dobson would have been a good option, IMO. Burns: meh.

I've chucked more money away on three trips down under attending international RL events in 06, 08 and 10 than an insignificant south leeds scrote like you has spent in a lifetime of supporting Leeds whilst giving your closest RL club a huge swerve.

Headingley was much better in days of yore when the great unwashed from south of the river knew their place and remained south of the river along with their communal odours.

Agree with this. Burns for me is one of the picks of the players that have moved. Has looked very good in our comp, certainly had a better last two years than any of our halfs.
