Seems to be too many second rowers and short in the centres. Collis is the only genuine centre in the squad and we all know how injury prone " biscuit" is.Lynne performed quite well in that position towards the end of the season but unless Owen has definitely signed he will have to revert to wing and Ryan/Gilmour can fill in there but lack pace. Seems to me we need another centre. keinhorst may e available but his injury record seems on a par with Collis.

Craig Hall is versatile but you can't expect him to play in two positions in the same game, he will surely be first choice full back. Cannot expect Jowitt to be first choice or for that matter Johnston first choice wing when he has yet to make his debut in a competitive game.

Ade Gardner (31 years) is surplus to requirements at Hull KR (scored 8 tries in 18 appearances) and he's a big strong running winger at 6 ft 2 and 15 stone.

St.Helens haven't played him since June 2013.....He could come cheaply for wing on a 1 year deal and Lynne remain at centre?

At end of day until the season starts non of us know what the starting line up is going to be.whos playing were.

I think to compère Keinhorst in the same injury prone bracket as Collis is unfair.
Didn't Keinhorst come to us at the start of last season with a little hamstring niggle, that got found out?
He was rested for about 4 weeks, then came back against Saints, with a heavily bandaged thigh and lasted about 20 mins tops.
When he was given sufficient time to recover, he came back and didn't miss another game through injury, culminating in him getting recalled by Leeds to play at the back end of last season, when they were struggling with injuries and bans.
Owen has been talked about for ages, that he is signing for us, some people aren't happy but if he didn't sign.
It's easy to say you don't want a player to sign but who would these people think we would be able to sign instead?
Keinhorst will probably be a waiting game, Leeds need to sort out what they need to do next season.
And the mystery third back that would give us a balanced look, may depend on how season tickets go and have an influence on the quality.

Got to look at where Hall is most effective and the last few times that he has been very effective against us, is in the halves.
But has been mentioned, it's a nice dilemma for the coach to have.
Rather than who has he got to sell and who can he hang onto!

I'd prefer to bring someone like Gareth Potts back from Halifax than sign Owen, Ady Gardner is a good shout but I'm guessing he's used to higher wages than we will pay.
Will Sharp was on the radar last season and would be worth a contract for a couple of years.
