In the trade press LF says that in the two week break they will consider whether to offer Todd Carney a contract.
If he did sign for the Dragons then I reckon you'd make the top four.
No French Intls so your squad will get a full off season plus a great player like Carney in the ranks will make 2015 the strongest squad we've seen from the Catalans.
I do hope you sign him!

It would be good for the competition for sure.

I know I have said this before but we lucked out with how positive the Greg Bird experience was for us and the league.

Could we handle another wayward superstar? not so sure.

Carney is appealing his ban and may win, also he may not!
If he doesn't then the Dragons are the most likely destination having already been refused a UK visa.
I think he'd behave himself. Catalans would be his last chance if he wants to continue playing Rugby League. He could go to Union, though not in the UK.
Being the brilliant player he is I do believe he could make Catalans a trophy winning team and club.

Conflicted. I'd like young French players around, especially backs and halves, but he's had plenty of chances to make a go of it and summarily hasn't.
