Got treated too a horse steak in a very posh gaff in Amsterdam earlier this year, one of the nicest cuts of meat I've ever tried. Once when seeing the ex in laws in up State Michigan I was packing the bags when the Mrs came out and asked why I'd been stood for half an hour doing nothing? I'd never seen the Northern Lights before but was transfixed, can recoomend it as the most awesome and trippy experience you'll have.
