Why would you want to sign an overseas player only to have him in the Under 20s most weeks?

I wouldn't

I would expect him to be able to command a spot at LC or SO .. IF he's good enough ( but with the additional benefit to plug any injury/loss of form gaps with equal ability).

If not then yes I agree don't bother.

I agree Moltzon's value is he can provide quality in any back position so he would command a start if not at fullback, although he has far more experience there than Hardaker. I think he would add quallity to the squad.

...and you have to remember that we have sod all cover in the backs.

Also Ablett is not a centre. As much as he's played well there, he's a back rower.

Hardaker is too green as a centre.

Excluding a few minor points I can go along with your suggestions. The big bonus of Moltzen is his experience of playing in the NRL at a high level with a top club. A few NRL clubs have been chasing him so he must be rated.
