You can 'help' friends and family sign up if you know their name and e-mail address. Only need a password. You can use the same one, just let them know later. They'll get a confirmation e-mail.

It's a poor show when we're struggling to get 1000 Wakefield fans to sign an e - petition which could help secure the future of this club. I guess it emphasises the apathetic nature of the support and public of the city and shows the task in hand Carter has is building this club to be anything other than perennial strugglers.

Actually, we are quite pleased with the outcome, considering it is close season and, until this week, it had been very quiet at the club.

Keep em coming, we'd love to reach 1,000 if we can, but I suspect most folk on here have done so already!

14,954 on Twitter but some of those probs don't use Twitter anymore, I have followers that haven't tweeted for a year or more
