I certainly wouldn't advocate pushing prices up too steeply, but equally I would not want to be in a position where we were "doing a Bradford" and selling them so cheaply that everyone bought one before hand and we got no gate money receipts from walk-ups in the season.

As I said I think it is going to be a tricky balancing act next season between increasing revenue and keeping the additional supporters we have gained this year.

I think the idea of a reduction for Club 1873 members is a good idea and one the club should maybe consider (if they haven't already).

Make it £150 start the sale from Aug 1st and let folk pay in 5 instalments over 6 months so they can have one off before the deadline to pay up in Jan

Went for 160 but I reckon 150 would be a good price to pay. If we make a couple of good signings as well, it should help to get people through the gates.

I would think that £160-180 is a fair price, given some obvious progress in terms of signings - BUT - a well managed payment plan for those people who can't cough up all at once would be essential.

I also repeat that it's about time the sponsors and other corporate contacts were squeezed for a more attractive suite of benefits to go with the ST; off the top of my head, we have windows, bathrooms, kitchens, car dealers, various eateries, gyms, solar energy, logistics, building supplies and various others already on board. As a relatively small-scale corporate sponsor, I'd certainly be happy to offer a discount to ST holders, provided it was marketed properly - could be a tidy way to get your goods and services in front of more people, whilst making the ST feel like better value.

I would be happy with £130.

Think over 90% would renew and possibly find a few more to commit dependent on signings.

Thats still a £30 increase on this year.

I fear if we bump them up too much certainly past £150 we will struggle to get near this years sales.

For 2014 maybe £160. Then newmarket year £190-200+ hopefully with a playoff team playing from there!

I opted for £130 as we don't want to scare people off renewing their season tickets. A larger increase might deter people from buying. A gradual season on season increase is the way to go I feel.

I'd go with £130 for this year. £10 a game, half price, easy to market. The idea to link with 1873 membership is a good one, maybe £160 for non-members? The deadline is a difficult one, as many want to buy them for christmas presents.

We need 5000 members for box-ticking purposes. The increased attendance this year has been excellent, well beyond 4,000 members, and the right price will push us through this barrier. They can't spend money in the ground if they don't come through the gate.

There is much competition for people's time, especially in the summer, and we all want value for money. People will inevitably miss games, so the price needs to reflect this.

In the end, only the club knows how many of each type they sold last year and how much money they need to raise from season ticket sales this year.
