Mick G-- thanks for causing a relieved smile to appear.
Two quick questions--
if one of the potential investors was at Wigan last Friday did they approach BG face to face to declare their interest?
have any of the 4 made "bids" or just expressed their interest?
As regards the 50% correct answer- I'm assuming it's enthusiasm/passion .

Lets not look at the whys and wherfores. Lets just be happy that there seems to be a number of potential buyers for the club, with whom Guilfoyle is now speaking/communicating with!

Do we really think that slating the guy and casting doubt over his integrity is helping him sell the club? Do I care how much he gets as long as we survive?

the character assassinations can wait until our club is safe. Anything else could be shooting ourselves in the foot!

Think timescales were different though. Iirc guilfoyle was involved at Plymouth for 18 months

how much he gets will have a bearing on selling the club as a going concern, he will have to be paid from the money any investors put in unless he has already taken his fees and hence no money to pay coaching staff etc.

at the moment with no CVA in place any investor has got to put in enough funds to pay off HMRC and keep the club going to the end of the season and beyond if they wish to continue as Bradford Bulls and not go into liquidation

Well I saw on Sky Sports News this morning that the RFL have had two parties contact them about buying the Bulls.

You have to wonder why they've contacted the RFL and not the Administrator. Unless the Administrator is purposely ignoring all approaches other than the one he was instructed to accept.

But that can't be the case can it? After all, we've been told there's no conspiracy and the BoD at Bradford have a reputation for honesty.....

I don't know but one good reason is to find out if the Bulls will keep the SL franchise. You can't expect a consortium to bid/invest without some indication of what the potential income will be. Guilfoyle can't tell them that.

The potential investor at the DW expressed his/her utter frustration at repeated attempts (from Wednesday 27th) to contact Brendan Guilfoyle. All attempts, sadly to no avail.

I'm not claiming foul play, but I firmly believe the game changed on Monday evening - the gentleman from Greenwoods.

Another frequent poster on here made the Sherlock Holmes discovery - in that the whole demeanour and expression of Mr Guilfoyle, was shell-shocked at what this gentleman was saying - in front of the media and 500 witnesses.

The above was the game changer.

As of 12:25pm on Thursday 5th July 2012.

There are now Five bids on the table for Mr Guilfoyle's consideration.

are the bids to the value of what the investors think the Bulls are worth and is this high enough to clear all debts and have acash flow to see the season out....

has B.G. actually stated anywhere what is needed to make it to the season end..???

Are you seriously asking whether we have interested parties queuing up to pay off the debts in full? Seriously?
