Is it me or is the TV coverage pants??? Can't seem to find anything about the highlights of last nights game. If its there please let me know.

Premier Sports are televising every game of the tournamant. Even better news was that as from last Friday, Virgin TV subscribers get it for nowt for the duration of the WC. Commentary is outstanding, particularly from Andrew Voss.

So you would rather have Sky's very own Statler and Waldorf bleating on about referee's decisions/ dangerous tackles/any team or player not involved in the actual game etc; etc? Superior commentary on all fronts IMHO.

I would estimate 99/100 people enjoyed - to say the least - the commentary from Voss. You're the second person I've come across on the internet suggesting otherwise. And I'm not even exaggerating. In my opinion he was poor, the commentary tonight however was very good indeed.

I think the coverage provided by Premier sports has been brilliant so far. They might not have the graphics that Sky have but in all other departments it is far superior.

I hope premier bid for the rights to Super league when the contract next expires.

I (as a premier sports subscriber) would like them to be able to put in a credible bid, The dream ticket for me would be a joint bid with the BBC one live game a week on terestial free to air & two on satalite with comprehensive coverage of the NRL & Championship as now. The BBC to show NRL highlights on BBC four late night/early hours for the non subscribers to record. It would be great for all the BBC get good sport a a reasonable price with a ready made comentary team, Premier get BBC tech know how the game gets better exposure. Best of all we get shut of Stevo Sky & wendy ball affecting our fixtures.

Really liked the Voss commentary but not that keen on Noble, to many clichés and nonsense statements so would put him in the same group as Eddie and Stevo.

you will be struggling for tv coverage on the BBC but premier sports have it all, and they do a really good job.

cheap enough and plenty of offers going around to get it on sky/virgin.
