@PaulCam1972 - spot on. I find it very frustrating that we can have a branded Toyota sports car and the advertised website address is incorrect... and many similar examples. @TheButcher - To be fair to the club, the website is the best it has ever been, but hopefully it'll significantly improve next year! Regarding communication, I agree and weekly emails should be a top priority.
Next season there needs to be a reliable and super easy means to purchase tickets. During this season, I've sometimes found it difficult to purchase extra tickets. Wrong website links, incorrect telephone numbers, correct telephone numbers that just ring out... If I was a casual fan, I think I'd perhaps have given up!
