Dragons are certain to qualify,however their future in the playoffs looks bleak.
Having watched Catalans since the beginning,I find it amazing the difference between the home and away mentality.
Any thoughts on the reason? Is it related to the almost non existent away support?
At Salford there were 5 English lads pretending to be French .

It's interesting you say that as I have been giving it some thought with regards to a dedicated thread.

We have tried (this season alone), flying in well before games and staying in the UK between away matches, and coming in and out stealth like Leeds do to us.

There is something about what we do that isn't working.

What do others think?

Dragons need to bring the penalty count down IMO. Too much rough stuff and not enough craft has been the difference this year. A half back partnership needs to be solid and consistent.

Thats the issue with a 8 team playoff. the teams in possibly 6th, defo 7th and 8th really struggle.

We have had a mediocre season all year and Widnes have been diabolical since they got to the CC semi, yet both teams are likely to make the playoffs. Last few years I have watched some really poor playoff games.

I'm not saying bring on the groups of 8 thingy but you can see why they have done something about it
