Godinet was great today & playing in his best position . He & Smith looked a great partnership - get Timmy signed up & the future looks rosey

I agree with Godinet for MotM but some of Tim's running and passing - timing, speed, directional awareness etc. - was sublime. I worried that Koukash might want to up his price. Chase - who and where was he?

I couldn't get to the game, but the commentators on Radio Manc were up in arms that Salford had let Tim Smith go; they described him on more than one occasion as the best player on the park and suggested that he was slicing Salford to ribbons.

Sykes was excellent today.
Made a couple of try savers on our line in the first half, took the high ball well and kicked a 40/20 (more like a 40/5).

Smith was outstanding and Godinet was lively all game, even Raleigh had a cracking game.

I was one of the doubters before kick of and even humble pie tastes good when Wakefield win
