What a honour it was to see the great man at leigh today,If only we all had the same passion as this great man.........legend

Can some oe settle a arguement for us,when did tommy do his body slam great dive take you pick after a game few years back? everyone held there breathe as he dove????

Batley away 2004, the year we finished top of the league thanks to Oli Wilkes scoring in the last minute with no little help from Sean Richardson.

As Leyther Matt says, it was indeed batley away. Good job at 96 he didn't repeat those antics! Ha ha. What a great memory and what a nice ovation for my grandad today. Our family were in attendance today and it was humbling to see.

He really appreciated the support. Great day and well put together by all involved.

Shame the microphone cut out just as his name was announced. Wish the LSV would sort out the radio reception for the radio mic!!!!!

Tommys passion for the game is legendary he,s a terrific bloke a true legend always got time for people and anyone who's not read his autobiography read it and you will see what made Tommy the man he his ..
