The Good.

The day appeared well organised, and it was great to see the Past Players and so may kids in attendance. Very well done to all involved.

The Bad.

The game itself worst performance I’ve seen this season.
The PA system in the North Stand was frigging useless at times.

And the….

Kit…. I thought the shirt was excellent and liked the blue shorts and socks, didn’t realise we started life with blue shorts, perhaps it wouldn’t look as good with sponsors all over them but nevertheless a great kit.

PA system was just as useless in the West Stand.

Loved the kit and seeing all the old players.

more past players than old ones in my opinion, then again depends on your own age

Yes, when are we going to get a decent pa system you can hear and understand. Its been awful all year. Not sure whos responsibilty it is, us or lsv. But whoevers it is please sort it out, it could be important, like there is a fire.

The sound system is in good working order - safety announcements come out crystal clear. The reason is they're prerecorded by professional voice actors in a studio and don't come across the wireless mic system. i think the wireless mic system is the problem.

I agree Michael. The p/a system for the Swinton (away) game worked perfectly, and their announcer was located in more or less the same place as ours.

Are you suggesting that the Leigh PA announcer should move to the seat that the Swinton announcer (when he is not there of course) uses

No, nothing so complicated Frank. I did notice that the Swinton guy was walking about near the 'tunnel' area, like ours does. Perhaps he has a different (better?) wireless mic? (to use Michael's techno-speak )

That wireless mike system is dire it wont even work correctly in the Legends bar WAZ IT ON PLONK LONE TIP ITS EMBRASSING
