Congratulations to Thunder and their supporters. Thoroughly enjoyed my day at the QEII apart from our performance.

Skolars were dreadful for 78 mins . After we failed to score early on,the out of position linesman gave a dubious 40/20 for Thunder, who scored on the next set. Rapidly downhill after that for a bunch of strangers in red/black and green.

A Defensive coach is required.

Utterly dreadful. A performance without a single redeeming feature. Worst home performance in years.

Scratching my head to work out how we have fallen so far so quickly.

Players playing out of position(props playing second row, half backs on wing), no defined play maker(left and right arguing at the play of the ball as to who was going to get it). The guys looked like a team of strangers. Where as Gateshead were slick and organised in everything they did.

Afterwards Stanley Gene said to League Express: "Credit to London. They played the whole 80 minutes and played it hard".

Not entirely sure he was watching the same game as me.
