We can't make the playoffs.

Is there any solace in finishing 9th ? I'd say not

Has to be done, no point playing anyone not in the 17 next season, no time for sentiment.

I want to win these last two games or at least show the same desire and commitment as Friday and build on that performance.

That will give me confidence for next season and prove they can perform week after week.

Lets not treat them as nothing games.

but do you want to win them with players who wont be at the club?

with Sneyd and Pryce next season, it's a different team, even if some of the old stagers still pull on the B&W...?

Don't care.

Want to see us show the desire and commitment we showed on Friday.

Going with the mind set that these are nothing games could undo that and again leave fans deflated.

We've got two tough games left plus I want to see us finish as high as possible. I know some on here would use the old boring cliche of "papering over the cracks" should we beat Leeds but it would be some consolation to do that and it would end the season on a positive note.

Playing weakened teams and potentially copping two hidings achieves nothing. We should play the strongest side possible in both remaining games.

so we play people who wont even be here next season, when the season is gone.

explains the perspective of some people I guess. Some of us want to win something, not salvage a little pride.

Pick the best team,go out with fire in their bellys n use the confidence taken from the other night into the games. Finish strong. Most the players will still be here. Take that positivity into the offseason to work with. Pulling the team apart to throw youngsters in for the sake of it against those oppositions would do the youngsters more harm than good. If they're not quite ready leave them to be ready.

Finishing the season well and on a positive is important to take us into next season, look at Cas last year, finished the season well and carried it on to this year.

We are only talking about two players in Horne and Heremia anyway, not loads of the team.
