Boxing day game , Dewsbury Away : Tue Dec 24, 2013 7:56 pm
Although work on the new terrace at the Owl Lane end of the ground isn’t quite complete the work still to do is quite minor and therefore Dewsbury Rams are pleased to announce that it will be open to spectators on Boxing Day. There are some Ground Safety implications which we have been asked to meet by Kirklees Council which we will be putting in place. Movement of spectators between the terrance and the Main Stand and the Main Stand catering facilities will not be allowed until the end of the game. Spectators wishing to sit down for the game must therefore ensure that they enter the ground by the Main Stand turnstiles. Spectators on the terrace wanting to purchase refreshments will be asked to use those at the back of and under the South Stand terrace. Spectators will not be allowed to stand on the stairways or at the front of the terrace next to the pitch side fencing since we have been asked to try to ensure that this walkway area stays clear. Similar arrangements are likely to remain in force throughout the season.

The game between the Rams and the Bulldogs is pay at the gate with no advance ticket sales. Admission prices are - Main Stand £15 adults £9 Concessions and all other categories, South Stand and Owl Lane Terrace £13 adults, £7 concessions and £2 children under 16. It is a shared gate for this festive encounter which kicks of at 12 noon. The bars will be open from 11am although for early starters the Bailey Bar under the Main Stand will be open from around 10.15am.
