So X person (Let's call the LR) says they will quit if they fail, LR fails (if someone here wants to quantify that LR has succeeded by all means go ahead and try to substantiate that!) and then doesn't quit, on the back of what that person said previously makes them a liar in my book.
That IS substantiated, that person did say they would quit but then reneges on that, or are they deluded into thinking they've succeeded??
If you're that worried about the truth, prove that it isn't the truth.
As for man management, if you don't understand even the rudimentary basics of psycholgy and human behaviour then you won't grasp how obvious it is that LR has next to zero man management skills..Ask a professional in the field to observe & read what has happened all season..they'll tell you pretty much all you need to know about LR's (and indeed the owner's) failings..
As for the other thing that was removed, well, if you want to ignore what went on last season..fine. The simple & easily led are always blinded by others that tell them they didn't see X or X never happened...open your eyes FFS!!
