Here it is typed on the way home from Odsal and its not for the faint hearted.
Thanks for all your support but you know, I sometimes think that whatever our coach tries whatever he says, like naughty schoolboys under an inexperienced teacher, he can’t get them to behave and 'as soon as his back is turned' they do as they like! Tough times!

Hull will give us a tough game but the key is to silence their fans in the Threepenny Stand. We have to do this because if we do'nt they will get behind their side and lift them in a way you've never seen, heard or witnessed before.

Thanks Wilf, that must have been hard to write. I have a lot of repect for you and your views and would be very interested in who you class as Dead Wood as stated in your latest diary.
once again agree with everything you say about that ridiculous game yesterday.took my grandson who had lost the faith this season, with the idea of trying to rekindle his interest!!don't think he will bother again do you? I am totally at a loss to understand how a team can be well on top for 25 minutes,12 nil in front then throw it all away!they owe us a massive performance against rovers don't they, anything other than a win dosnt bear thinking about
What a good article about Arthur Keegan, certainly the best full back i have seen at the club.He was that well thought of the fan's had a special song they used to sing about him.A gentleman on and off the field was Arthur, always had time to talk to the Hull fans at away matches when he used to commentate for one of the West Yorkshire radio stations
Thanks for this weeks fix Wilf, it must have been a tough one to write. A mention for the great Arthur Keegan, over the years Hull have had some great full backs, Mick Kendal comes to mind, Mally Owbridge were good 'uns. Paul Hunter was a solid player who I think was very under rated. Oh well there's always next season
Also a mention of Freddie Miller(1932-1950) the first of the 4 full backs I watched in the 20 year period from 1946 to when I left England. He was followed by Colin Hutton,Peter Bateman and then Arthur Keegan. Keegan was certainly the best but Fred will always be my favourite!
This sticky hasn't been updated. But thanks again Wilf for another great read.
I think Mr Pearson may get it, but his school report clearly shows he doesn't know how to get the club moving forward. As time is passing by I'm struck by the fact that Adam is responsible for all that is good and bad at Hull FC right now.
