It has to be based on this years positions as next years cc will be over before we know who gets the exemption

I took it to read that 2015 positions will determine which round you enter the cup in 2016 etc. I'm probably wrong though. I usually am.

Pretty certain its next years cup, think it was on sky they said the clubs prob new a while ago this was the case.

This is nothing new, but as a serious point, how is the casual observer of the game supposed to follow this?

Just watched super league show. It is this seasons finishing positions for next seasons cup.

Well, that's cleared up, but it's really badly done that people such as ourselves can't instantly follow it makes the the casual observer have no chance.
