I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thanks to all our great supporters who use there own time and money to support our great club. I am especially pleased to see such a committed army of traveling supporters. The BOM, coaching staff, back room people, volunteers, and of course the team, are doing an unbelievable job this season, but it would all be in vain if the supporters were not there. As a distant supporter I am not able to be with you on the terraces but the hairs on the back of my neck stand on end every time I hear you all cheer and sing. What prompted my message is the following quote in the Leigh Reporter from our coach following the Rochdale game. Keep spreading the word folks and encourage more to follow.

I was sat across from our fans so to see them all enjoying themselves and singing was fantastic. I hope they turn up in numbers again at Batley because they really do make a difference and the players appreciate it so much. After the match the lads were talking in the changing room about how good our supporters were.”
