Here is a VERY interesting little quote of Guilfoyle on Sporting Life site:
"I was openly criticised at the fans meeting for not returning calls so I've trawled through everything and sent out information and memorandums to the people who have expressed an interest."Now I don't know about you guys, but I read that as saying that he DID find expressions of interest that had not been spotted before. Since he linked the two points without saying something like "in addition..." or "since then..."
If that is the case, it would suggest either he has been negligent in the conduct of the administration, in seemingly missing some potentially rather vital communications, or he did it deliberately but knows the game is now up and he has no choice but to talk to others.
But Guilfoyle is a professional and I am sure a man of integrity, so that would surely rule out either of those options? So I remain confused by what he meant there. Maybe wally reporting?
