Whether it's Chester or not (and at the moment I'm firmly in the "not" camp, I think if a coach goes, pretty much the whole team needs to go) what we need is a game plan and a settled style of playing and an ethos as a club.
We had that under Morgan, players knew what their jobs were and bought into the team.
At the moment and for pretty much all of this season, we've been five drives and an awful kick and relying on an exceptional play from Burns or Eden off the back of a shift from Weyman. We've got no organised attacking structure and we certainly, certainly do not change (or even have one) the game plane to negate or exploit the opposition.
Factor in that large parts of the squad are mainly just fannying about on game day and we're exactly where we deserve to be.
