Spot on IMO.
The hold and move stuff you can cut out, though even that is more informative than much of the stuff Stevo comes out with. What is being said to players is interesting though and often puts the refs [and the odd player]in a totally new light. If it's too much bother to turn it up and down, then you can leave it as it is, for me.
