He's starring in this Cas team but he certainly isn't carrying them, will he be left to try and carry Hull on his shoulders next year?

They have experience in Pryce, Ellis and Houghton too. Westerman also seems to be maturing into a decent player now too.

Will be interesting to see how Pryce goes there. Still has the class on the day but will he have the fire in him for it to be anything other than a retirement home for him.

That pretty much sums up my feelings on him. Being a Saints fan I have a soft spot for him and always want to see him do well. He's not got the fear factor of a few years ago though.

so with all the pressure hull had tonight only scoring 3 tries, its prooved what we are missing, a quality half back, sneyd in the hull team tonight would have seen us easily home!

That, and the ability to manage a game, maintain discipline, and play for the full 80 minutes.

Great second half display from Cas to be misfiring so badly, but still salvage a point; and weren't they resting a few of their big names? Huby and Carney certainly would have made a difference.

Shenton by the way, must be in the form of his life.

Every time FC lost the ball it was given as a ball steal or interfering, whilst even the most obvious of ball steals were given as knock ons against Cas. Thought that was a bit dodgy myself.

It's amazing how some people see completely different things from what happened.

The ball steal after the Hauraki knee springs immediately to mind that led up to the try.

Not often I agree with a Wiganer but you're right, the officiating seemed to be heavily weighted in the favour of Hull.

Sneyd has a great foot on him and used correctly can be a great asset but he isnt a threatening runner and his passing isnt great. I think he will do ok at Hull if used correctly but can't see him getting a shot at any of the big boys.
