Semantics.
The point I'm making is that the High Court,which obviously is there to interpret the laws of the land,has historically taken the view that when clubs form an Association then that body's regulations apply unless they are at odds with the law of the land.

As for Keighley: weren't they barred from playing while the court case was heard so withdrew the case as the bar would have cost them more????

I cant see Bradford winning a game until they play Widnes and London in September, so regardless of whether they get the 6 points back they will still be relegated.
