Charlie spoke with Paul R at the LISA meeting on Wednesday , where we agreed the 17 players to take part tonight , our choice will all be revealed in due time .Charlie knows .

Have to agree but I still assume that nobody posting on here has ever made a team selection error - I certainly haven't.
In addition - speaking personally of course - I have never ever 'knocked on' whilst sitting in the stand.

Not quite sure where Brown would fit in though, Kay is playing brilliantly, possibly player of the season so far, and I don't think Pownall has done anything to be dropped, playing fairly well. Still sounds like he's improved at Batley & as Rowley says he's next in line to have another go.

Second time he's missed out being 18th man. I feel for the guy a bit because he maybe didn't settle immediately and then got farmed out before getting another chance.

That is in no way a criticism of Rowls btw, he's got to do what's best for the club and player as Alex wasn't going to get a lot of game time with the reserves. I do hope he gets back in on merit as I'm sure he may be very handy come the play off games.
