It's obvious that there is a big rebuilding job to be done at the club and continuity is important but the problem is pearson hasn't brought in a master builder, he's brought in the apprentice we've had kicking around for a couple of years. I've said since before agar was appointed that the rebuilding job at the club is too big for an inexperienced coach and no surprise that the last 3 coaches have struggled as they don't have what is required to do it. radford should be making his mistakes and learning the role at a lower division club, not one of the best supported clubs in the country
I'm not too sure it is the coaches job to re-build the whole club . I think it is vital that for both clubs have an experienced coach who can coach the team and develop the youngsters going forward , these will be the future of both clubs.
I am also not a fan of bringing in Over seas players who are distinctly average what input did Radford have over the current crop of players that have been signed. What we can say is that Overseas recruitment from the halcyon days has been distinctly average , only proven state of origin players should be signed .
