Harvey Wiles is isn't very good. He gives no description of the game, regularly gets players names wrong and even gets which team has been awarded a penalty wrong. The biggest problem with him is when he will tell you it's the first tackle then go off on a tangent about something not related to anything then tell you the team is attacking in the opponents 10 and it's the last tackle - that is not good radio commentary.

Although he is infinite amounts better than Tim Steer who did the Wakey game for Radio Leeds, every scrum he described as a "penalty" didn't know the players names and kept losing the tackle count and even which team had the ball.

5TownsFM however is a pretty good station and get some good exclusive interviews.

So really in he is quite good then. Nobody is perfect but Harvey is experienced, gives great detail (so much so that he regularly commentates for blind people at Wembley), as well as working for sky doing match day summaries for soccer Saturday. The guys are new to the set up at cas and should be encouraged as they are providing a great service for those who can't attend

Not really, what happened on every other tackle in the set he ignored? Or the times he totally misses a set out or a knock on?

The other guy that does it for 5Towns however is very good.

Listened to a few games now and find him very good and living in devon it is great having internet coverage keep up the good work 5 towns.

Gronk you talk out of your bum, there is no other commentator for 5towns, harvey does 100% of the commentary, dave does some summarising. I think you have something against him. The tweets on tiger talk radio will confirm that . have a look.
