Anyone know how Shannon is getting on, it looked like a bad one. Also Junior and Johnson both took heavy knocks, hope they are ok for the widnes game. This game is now becoming a very important game for us.

Johnson suspected broken jaw. McPherson was knocked out clean cold (yet the ref said he played at the ball and knocked the tackle count down) went straight to hospital, fortunately he was up and talking this morning.

I doubt he even saw the ball the way it knocked him off his feet, don't think he will play for sometime..that 2nd elbow in the face didn't do Greg any good either should of been off before then...

I can excuse the first as an accident, however the second was a disgrace. Greg was clearly receiving treatment, Huddersfield attacked that side (fair enough) Greg comes across to cover and Murphy deliberately raises the elbow to Greg's jaw and causes further damage.

Disgraceful to watch.

Not as disgraceful as being on the sex offenders register and blinding a girl in one eye by glassing her though. Let's hope his jaw hurts just as much as that.

The injury to McPherson was the most bizarre I think I've ever seen- he's concussed and still being assessed - hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Give it a rest. The lad did the crime and served the crime, that has no relevance to what happened on the pitch yesterday.

For some of us a world exists beyond RL. Some of us save our sympathy for young women who are hit in the face with a glass (by a bloke with a criminal history) - each to his own.

To me it did not look like Murphy 'led with his elbow'. For guidance on what could happen to Murphy if guilty look on youtube at what Chase did to Ropati...he got 3 matches for that. HTH
