Dragons will start their 2014 season at the place where they ended 2013, Hull FC.

Revenge for their tame play off exit will be on the agenda and both will have new additions to their line ups and be expected to challenge the top order in Superleague.

Consecutive away matches sees a trip to Castleford the week after before opening at the Gilbert Brutus against bogey side Leeds Rhinos.

Le Derby first rears its head in the traditional Easter slot with a visit to wherever they might be playing. Could be Barnet, Esher, my back lawn... who knows?

Hopefully Barnet as that's easier for me to get to. Less of my selfishness though.

The run in to the end of the season looks favorable for us I have to say.

Home matches with London and Castleford, split by an away trip to Hull KR should give us a good chance of a high placing if we go into them on the back of good form.

5 away in our first 7 fixtures and the two home matches against Leeds and Huddersfield...

That got us back for being critical of the RFL.
