Running in is always punished because that is what starts a brawl. Two players having a 'set to' between themselves usually warrants a warning. I used to tell the captain that the first man to join in gets an early bath, it worked most of the time.

I'm sure if all he did was run in and pull people off and he didn't throw any punshes hell be ok

Don't know how Brown's been getting on at Batley but presume Rowley will do. For me it has to be either him or Pownall, Maden is too slow now especially against Featherstone. It is getting annoying that we're getting this reputation for fighting when most of it is other clubs trying to wind us up and poor referees not really knowing what's going on and just sending one off from each side. Need to really crack down on discipline so this doesn't get worse.

Makes no sense at all to bring Maden back when we have disciplinary issues! Surely, like Kevin Pietersen, his time has now gone and we look to the future, thanking him for his sterling service. Same for Goofy. No one can go on for ever except Ryan Giggs.

Adam Higson plays the game aggressively that's what makes him the player he is his only problem is that he gets to excited and can get involved too easily in things that he's not involved in like what happened Friday
