Setting aside the sarcasm, for me it was never about dual reg per se. We've had loan signings ever since I can remember and long before that.

It's about the coach knowing who he has available to play in any particular week - not waiting til Friday to see what crumbs the $uperleague side will throw to you. Dual reg is just not a good deal for the junior partner,
