Can I join Demon in with a little bit of moaning, although my strop is not quite as big as Demon's huge 'shame on Leigh' rant.


I entered the North Stand at 2:50pm , purchased a programme and went to purchase mine and my friends usual £5 syndicate worth of half time draw tickets. The programme seller told us they ran out of tickets 10 mins ago but they have gone for more. We waited until KO and countless people in that time asked for HT draw tickets walking past and as no one returned by kick off, up into the terracing we went. I estimated that cost the club c£100 minimum and our fiver stayed in our pockets.

Can I please ask that the half time draw sellers are sent out with enough tickets in future. We want to be in Super League but no doubt Fred will come on and tell me that lack of tickets is all LSV's fault and nowt at all to do with anyone at Leigh RL.

Jnr having a moan? nowt changes there then, knew you could finally find som'at that IS someone (notice someone)' at Leigh Centurions is to blame for something, by the way when I have a moan I do it to the people (person) responsible and not the whole organisation I usually find it gets a response.

Good point about directing my complaint to the relevant people. I have just e-mailed Andy Mazey and Simon Toone to tell them the bl00dy clock has packed in again.

Jnr please note any posts with or should be taken in the spirit in which the emoticons mean, it is not only you who has a sense of humour, and as I also reach the 'golden years' I find having a laugh a good way to relieve one of stress -not that any of us is under stress of course.


That must be the shortest bloody retirement ever -more comebacks than Frank Sinatra -

just checked my estimated time of demise on the death clock calculator it is 10/1/2035 so I may be around here long enough to prowl this and other message boards... then again a change of lifestyle does you good they reckon and I'd love another motorbike (it'd have to be a bigun these days I don't think my old Suzuki 250 would pull me any more)

Love you to get a bike Fred - we can then ride together (a little ride to Istanbul is on the cards soon ) - but when are you going to find time to ride it??
