They were always going to appeal, whether they are successful or not depends on whether the new owners have agreed to pay back some or all of the debts. The administrators report doesn't give the impression that any agreement was in place to pay many (if any) back, and that includes the HMRC which the RFL are a little twitchy about. But given the one of the major creditors has actually bought the club and as such probably written off a chunk of the debt then i'd suggest they will get at least two points back. The way we are going, and with a trip to Bradford to come, the outcome of the appeal could make the difference.
