If Leeds want him they will have to buy out his contract. And code- if Lunt wanted to go it was perhaps because he did the dirty on a mate and had to live up to that!

Hearsay and rumour then. Sounds about right for this forum. Facts are 1. Brown dropped Lunt for no real reason any of us could see or explain 2. Lunt wasnt happy, wanted game time (and rightly so) and so found a way to play. Now he has a champions ring. Simple fact is we had 4 possible hookers in the team and Brown got rid of one of the best ones we had.

Every bit of news is rumour, conjecture and supposed "facts" from people in the know. or totally contradicted by such news. If the Lunt situation was so bad, then why not just be done with him, cancel his contract and let him stay with Leeds - and make it public he was released for internal discipline reasons.
