At what point did I say you were laughing? :SUBMISSION:

Ah, you mean the RFL were 'wheely, wheely mean' to your club....harden up lad.

Taking the mickey out of one of your failposts is not belittling the situation.... :D

Who made the final decision on that deal?

Sad fact is, the RFL cant save the Clubs from themselves...In a recent case, one Club found itself in difficulties partly because the directors had forcast reaching the playoffs...Luckily, the RFL were able to help negotiate the club out of the mire....I bet you were pleased.
....back to foaming about the RFL in 3....2...1..

When were they "wheely, wheely mean"?

and which club are you taking about at the bottom?

teach me oh wise one :ASK:

They shouldn't be singled out in any way, just apply the rules and benefits in a straight line according to the rules, without showing preference of prejudice ?????

Which I'm happy to see happen. But my original point was in opposition to someone who said that the Bulls should be dropped to the bottom tier of the sport and forced to start again and my question was why should they be singled out in this fashion when other clubs who've been in similar situations haven't been.

Please can you tell me where it was ever stated by the RFL that wakey would not get a franchise?

No, i didn't think so.

All of this Bradford should be punished but i feel sorry for their fans is enough to make you spew!
All it is is a load of fans from all the clubs who perceive they have been unjustly treat in the past by the RFL revelling in the possibilty of one of the big boys suffering. Why don't you just admit it, rather than prentending to be defenders of justice?

Excellent post :thumb:

Have to dispassionately disagree, its not just vitriolic fans of other clubs, the RFL are running the risk of setting precedents they cannot maintain, being helpful towards clubs in strife is one thing, buying leases, KPMG audits, assurances about completing fixtures and any alleged discussions about guaranteed SL for New Companies or Clubs bought during Administration is quite another, especially since the future is unknown and Bradford could theoritcally end up in strife in 12 months time again, with some other clubs not exactly in the best shape it is a genuinely concerning time for RL in general.
Help Bradford yes, applaudable, but be careful how much or they will be open to criticism.

Crusaders were not told they were not getting a licence. They pulled out themselves a short time before D-Day,due not being able to sustain their place in SL. Otherwise Wakey. would have gone out.

Wrong, Wakeys bid was far stronger than Cru's and they would not have got in ahead of Wakey even if they had not "pulled out" they would have been out.
Lets start a forum just for Wakey fans, we can all back slap each other and not have anyone to tell us any different, i want to be the club puppy and make myself look stupid time and time again.

Should be pointed out that Bradford are not the first club who the RFL have stepped in regarding the ownership of their ground

The bolded items on your bucket list have been done before..the fact you didn’t bother to find out the facts before posting your views is...suggestive.

especially since the future is unknown and Bradford could theoritcally end up in strife in 12 months time again

Aye, its a scary and unknown place the future....Bullman softtoys are on sale this weekend, if you need something other than your anger to hold onto like.

with some other clubs not exactly in the best shape it is a genuinely concerning time for RL in general.

Which (serious) Bradford supporter has asked for new precedents to be set? Link me up justthebasicfacts.

The real reason for the gnashing of dentures down at the Shay is you guys want one of the ‘big’ clubs to fall....what was it SFT posted during his recent meltdown:

The Wakefield bid was undoubtedly stronger, indeed that is proven by the very fact that Crusaders withdrew.

However, I have no doubt that, had they not withdrawn, they would have been "graded" above Wakefield, and Trinity would have been gone.

That 'meltdown' as you put it was an attempt from me to put across my displeasure with certain Bulls fans on here thinking that for some reason Bradford will be almost imune to dropping to Champ 1.

but if these Asians drop out youve got nobody to save you, you will then have gone one step further than wakey, and will have to be shown the same route as the Crusaders.

This, if it happens (the knocking of bulls fans off their superior pedestal) is what i

"cant bloody wait!" for

all the best with the investors though. Only intested in property if you ask me. Since when did RL make people money?

and since when has an Asian businessman thrown away his money?

all the best. the clock is ticking.
