I have no idea how true this rumour is, I haven't tried to find out, So all i know is whats posted on here.
All i do guarantee, If you have done a deal for Rangi Chase, And want him now. He will be allowed to leave, Our season is already over. So a fee for him would be accepted to sign him early.
chase a no go, brough to leeds and holdsworth staying with salford
So Mr Brightside, seing as you are so well 'in the know' bringing us news of who we aren't getting you must have some positive news to bring us? Or does your source only give you the bad news?
So they run a story over week-end regarding h/back with CHASE in the headlines, now McRae is quoted as saying the current rumours are unhelpful and unsettling for players.....WTF!!

That headline was contrived, I'm (almost ) certain. It doesn't read well and there are plenty of better alternatives to 'lead the chase' - 'in the market for', 'exploring options' etc.
If it wasn't a pre-announcement (which in itself seemed odd, even if most likely), then it looks like somebody has done it for a laugh.
