I would imagine we do, we certainly get value for money from him on the pitch

I believe that was a loophole that was used but has now been closd by HMRC, perhaps one of the accountants that frequent these boards could claify the position .

Why would HMRC be bothered, so long as they are getting the tax and NI.

Its something i remember reading some time ago regarding various loopholes in the tax system, it was at the same time as the living away from home' tax allowance (LAFHA) was been introduced in
Australia and other loopholes such as image rights etc were been looked at by the HMRC in the UK, however, like i say perhaps an accountant or someone who is more in the know can clarify the situation.

players such as Jason Netherton who has a dual role within the club (1) as a player, and (2) as part of the clubs community liaison team.

do it like hull, just a coach until were short on numbers then play him, save on the cap as theoretically (and i might be wrong as i dont know how it affects it) we would only count weeks he played in the cap. Bit like Hull with radders.

That is the relevant bit.

Never has a post so comprehensively wrong been made on these boards.

That's quite a claim, given some of the outlandish stuff on these boards. I may return with some Barista-style quotes to put this into context.
