I am starting a stay and play group at the cougars on a friday morning. This is for people with children to come along to, meet other adults, swap stories and advice, and just have a chat, whilst the children play safely in the same room with age appropriate toys and activities. The price will be £2 for an adult with 1 child and then a further £1 for every extra child. It will be held in the V.I.P bar area, although of course the bar will not be open at any point during the sessions. This group will start this friday morning, and will be on every friday throughout the year, including school holidays apart from friday the 27th July as this is when I am on holiday. I hope that this takes off and that people in the community with children support this venture. There will be an area designed for babies, with baby equipment and soft furnishings, plus activites and toys for older children too. Please pass on this info to anyone who might be interested in using the group. The price includes snacks and drinks for everyone who attends.
