What I find rather strange is ,as you say they have not paid taxes and vat for some time so in effect all the taxpayers of this country are having to stand this money not going into the public purse. It`s only a couple of weeks ago everyone was up in arms about Jimmy Carr and the rest dodging paying tax but the Bulls supporters think everyone should be in favour and it`s ok to just wipe it.
Seemingly the administrater and many of the fans gave a rallying call to the Bulls faithful who have season tickets to pay into the ground on Sunday to help the club pay for players etc` Today he said the crowd of 10,000 was overwhelming but only 20% had actually paid in so does this reflect their true crowd numbers if thet do get demoted one wonders.
YOU CAN LEARN FROM THE PAST BUT NOT RELIVE IT.YOU CAN HOPE FOR THE FUTURE BUT CAN NEVER BE SURE THERE WILL BE ONE.

Seen something on twitter from RL feeds, an Asian consortium meeting with RFL today regarding future for bulls in SL, basically if they come in and save them than it's pretty guaranteed that the bulls will keep the license for the whole franchise period which is a disgrace IMO, first wakey and then Bulls!!. Unbullievable Geoff!!!.

The club would never be able to pay off existing debts if they dropped down to any lower league as there wouldn't be enough money generated. No one in their right mind stick a million quid in to a club just keep it in business for the Championship. Might as well liquidate and start over.

Liquidation deadline extended to 27th July.

A flagship Super League club which holds a coveted License.

What a complete and utter disgrace. This shambles of a club with retain its license.

Complete joke.

Just giving more time for DD, could still fall through.

Akbars will pay £1m. For this, they want the lease back (which the RFL forked out £750k for) and a guarnateed SL license. Out of that £1m the adminstrator's duty is to share it amongst the creditors. The RFL are in to the tune of £200k(last months wages) plus £750k (lease) plus £200k(this months wages).

The RFL will see none of that money again. Pricks. They should not have got involved in the affairs of Bradford Bulls.

How ironic. The "super" league club that "super" league can't do without generating media interest that "super" league CAN do without!

All this talk from bulls fans of the coral stand attracting investment - er, bulls don't own it! Hardly a great investment- loads of shipping crates attached to a disastrously failing business! Like Fax saying come buy us Russians - we have oil under the shay pitch!

Sad sad sad

I gather that they have 4 mortgages on that stand and part of the money raised by fans has gone to cover the then directors liabilities. No one seems to have mentioned who is going to pay the administrator either.
