On Radio Leeds he said he will be looking into the situation before commenting because as of now he doesn't know the whole thing (understandable as he's been in the job 2 minutes).

And you seriously believe that an experienced administrator would take on a job where the most important issue is the provision of a new stadium without knowing what's going on?

Funny isn't it too, that he was asking people at yesterday's game how they fancied sharing at Newmarket?

I imagine he is on the phone to you right now for his update!

When you have read out the detail from the Tesco contract, you can then appraise him of the Peter Gentle contract you were adamant you witnessed the signing of.

Then you can ride your unicorn to Never Never Land and make Elvis his tea.

Back on topic.

Interesting times ahead for the WMDC clubs re: stadium developments :D
The Wakefield board 'Anti Cas Mod' apparently. Snigger.

Well considering RW is still in charge of the stadium front....

It is funny, only 2 Fev fans have said that has happened, people who were at the game don't know where that has come from.

Why, did you ask all 7 of them?

No, you're not the only one - I got the very same threat by PM from Gronk on Friday; it's now in the hands of a site admin.

I get them as well, blokes completely lost it as far as I can tell.

Now everyone back on topic - this is a thread about stadium developments, not a meeting of the "let's harass Gronk club".

You a mod on here now?

You bring it on yourself due to the fact that like some steroid injected prefect you harass everyone else with your ludicrous legal threats. I just can't see how in any way you help moderate the Cas forum, quite the opposite.

Leeds council objected to the Headingley plans, the Wakefield plans and refused to upgrade South Leeds stadium when Hunslet got promoted to the top division a few years ago after they had promised to do so when Hunslet gave up their rights to play at Elland Road, which was council owned at the time. Do they have an anti RL agenda?

Can't comment on the Wakefield situation but LCC, on the whole, haven't objected to plans at Headingley. Some councillors in local wards have voiced objections or concerns, but that's to be expected when you're trying to build something in one of the most densly populated parts of the UK outside of London.

As for South Leeds Stadium, the council were right not to throw tax payers money at a white elephant project.
I wish everyone would read bramleyrhino's post two or three times just to get it through some thick skulls

Mr bramleyrhino speaks a lot of sense.
