I know I have Keith Mason on the replacements bench but I cant think of another British Prop we have had thats worthy of a place in the side. Someone with a better memory than me will obviously come up with better suggestions........

Dead easy this one,Sonny Nickle in his sencond and third spell played prop, hes in over Mason every day of the week and to be honest would probably take the starting spot from Anderson.

Without going all the way back to the first lot of foreigners I knew - Cooper, Veivers & George Mann, I'll give you this side to face it:

1. Gidley
2. Albert
3. Iro
4. Talau
5. Tuilangi
6. Lyon
7. Hooper
8. Perelini
9. Hohaia
10. Britt
11. Fairleigh
12. Soliola
13. Darren Smith

14. Puletua
15. Matautia (should probably pick someone like Jason Cayless, but for entertainment value).
16. Meli (on to the wing, Freddie to the back row)
17. Hoppe

Really struggled for the 6,7 and 9, which holds the team back, but they certainly wouldn't get pushed about by anyone.
Give me a half back pariing of Goulding and Pryce, who you guys may leave out of your british selection and we've got a game...

I don't recall Fairleigh ever playing 2nd row, he was always a prop, and very very good one! He'd be my first pick at prop in this team, with Britt on the bench to replace Matauti and Derek McVey coming in at 2nd row.
