IMHO Steve Ferres is the right man for Cas and will help take you forward on and off the field, i'm not a close friend and i've only spoken to him half a dozen times but he's been at Wakey before and he tried to steady a sinkling ship. Yes it did sink but i can't blame him for that

I would have him at Wakey given the chance.

I think it's totally unfair to suggest that Richard Wright is responible for the stadium project not being completed by now. We as supporters are not privy to all the details of how the project is progressing or what is delaying it. I do know that without all the work that has already been done the project would never have come to fruition, i have no doubt that the stadium will be built and this will be due to the work put in by the B.O.D. including Richard Wright.

Not this.

I found it interesting to hear the pre-match interview that BBC Radio Leeds did with Steve Ferres. The key words he said were.....'I won't be making any promises that I can't keep!!!'.
The saying 'bent as a 9 bob note' has now been dropped.....corrected phrase is 'bent as the RFL!'

I think that is a perfectly acceptable thing to say...IMO weve been fed the brown stuff from RW (i dont hold that against him though, he was trying to do his best!!) its nice to have somebody come in and be honest.

That brown stuff that rw was feeding everyone kept cas in superleague. If he had been honest about the progress of the stadium , we would not have a franchise ............... nor would wakefield (twice) !!

Of course it was RW telling anyone who would listen that kept us in Super League. I am sure that the team who looked at each franchise saw exactly where the club was at (although I think they were looking at the Bradford financial page at about 4:59pm on a Friday afternoon
