The comment about Mick Potter sums it up really.

BG I tried to text MP for turning out today, FFS he was in a stand no more than 50 yards away from the bloke, also stated he read in National paper that MP may fixed up in Oz.

Some suggestion that BG might extend the deadline if he gets serious interest today.

But the real deadline is to complete the process, sell or liquidate the club, and then have a team available to fulfill the Leeds fixture on 20th.

BG Has been pretty definite in the press and other media post match. He cant understand hwy the RFL have been putting it out that we'll be ok till the end of the season, and if we dont have a buyer by Tuesday then we are gone! He then says that he'll look at things on Tuesday morning when they know how much was brought in at the London match! Who knows what the truth is?

The interested party is, according to the T&A, a consortium of Asian business men and the talks involved an "amateur Rugby League PLayer". God help us if its the bloke from that awful making Bradford British programme!

If we are so close to the end, whey havent we taken up an offer on some of the players, even if all it does is extend the deadline by a week or two?
Never liked Kevin Costner, or any other Robbing Hood!!!!

The amateur rugby league player could be Ikram Butt with that textiles company. After all he is a former Bradford player.

I notice that he was interviewed somewhere 'out of the blue' a couple of weeks back (can't remember where).

Ikram always speaks eloquently, so I am happy to hear from him, but I did wonder at the time why him, when there are many others that one would assume are a bit closer to the situation.

Someone on the T and A site has said that it's gonna take a group who look at the Coral Stand as a massive opportunity, rather than look at the ground as a black hole into which to pour money.

I think that's right so hopefully it comes together.

Ikram did tweet last week he had been talking with a potential buyer
The phrase politically correct is in itself politcally incorrect so should be rephrased politically stupid!

It now seems that after all the reports that there were 4 or 5 groups interested and all the speculation that CC had engineered the situation to ensure he would be part of a solution, we have only one possibility and that is a group of Bradford businesses. If so there will be no bidding war and they are in a strong bargaining position. if they pull out then we are facing oblivion.
What happened to Greenwood's interest--has any journalist asked them a direct question?
Why has CC stayed so silent over the past 2 weeks?
As the deadline approaches we the fans , the players ,coaches and employees who've done us proud remain in the dark and very nervous.
