Where is here - highest try scorer in the team last season and not even making the bench this season - is he injured, has he gone or does the towel have something against him. The team the towel picks is not producing the goods so change it. Dorn was poor at the start of the season but then again weren't they all.

Possibly told Powell what he thought of him.

Dorn & Powell had a massive fall out. Rumour has it that Powell didn't instigate any of the 'basic' the ideas thrashed out with the team at the end of last season, but put his own (un-agreed) coaching philosophy into action when they returned to training - hence the massive fail this season. Dorn is the intermediary between Powell & the rest of the team. Bloody sad.

This explains some of the shambles this season. Always liked Dorn, like him even more now!

Dorn has been a liability this season.

he has made some horrendous errors. Rember when he knocked on from the Kick out from under the posts under no pressure on TV. Unbelievable. One match on TV he was so bad you could almost blame the entire loss on him. :WALL:

Yet other players are excused for their inept performances because they are allegedly "low on confidence" even though Towel picks them every week. How do you think Dorn feels?

Dorn may have been bad at the start of the season but whats to say he will still be bad now. He can not be any worse than some of the team we have seen loose week after week. I can not understand why the towel makes very few changes each week they say you should no change a wining team but I am sure this does not apply to a loosing team.

I did say Dorn was poor at the beginning of the season but I really don't think he can be signalled out in team where each and every one of them have been totally inept. Maybe Dorn was poor for a couple of games but it could well have been because of what is going on behind the scenes - we dont know and never will. We do know that on paper we have a good team and they didnt get the honours and recognition they have by being poor players. The team towel picks every week are not producing so change it, bring in Dorn, Thomas, Bolger 1 + 2, Bryan, Krasinski (he does get picked occassionally) and see what happens it certainly couldn't be any worse. Give the young ones a chance after all we have nothing else to play for.

On another tack if things are so bad behind the scenes between the towel and players why don't they go off to a public park in their own time and train the way they think they should, without POwell, then devise a game plan between themselves and go out and play the way they think best. Radical. probably never been done in SL history - but keep towel out the loop and see what happens. Players have nothing to lose but a lot of pride and self esteem to be gained if they beat anyone else this season. They would soon know if it is them that are lacking or Powell. I would love to see something different happen and maybe a win sometime before the end of the season. At the moment I can see no further wins till RP goes.

Theyve got a contract with the club, Towely is their boss. Some will have a family to feed. Going so blatantly against their employers would be very dumb.
