This Saturday, 7th July see's Ashton Bears host their annual family fun day. With the help of Wigan Council's Olympiad fund the club are using some gratefully received funding to incorporate their fun day with a rugby league development day which see's touch and tag rugby events being offered for free (we will be collcting donations for Joining Jack) in an effort to encourage new participants of rugby league as well as new members to the club. The day starts at 12pm with the u7's and cubs playing friendliest against local rivals Westhoughton Lions. The day also includes: rugby events, archery, try scoring challenge, face painting, games, raffle, fire engine, bouncy castles, licensed bar, BBQ, hog roast and music! Come along and enjoy some fantastic rugby league as well as fun in the sun (fingers crossed) at Bears Park!!!
